Shipping Methods

We use FedEx Ground shipping service to ship the majority of our orders.
But sometimes we will use USPS for lightweight or large amount of door hinges orders.
We use USPS Priority Mail to ship to Canada.
We will combine the shipping cost for the orders.
Please refer to the shipping map on this page for estimated delivery time to your area.
Next Day Shipping in most cases, orders placed by 12 PM ET will ship out on the same business day if the customer request it.
For Next Day & 2nd Day Air Next Day and 2nd Day shipments are subject to availability and we will verbally confirm the order with you. Please call 1-877-489-2990 weekday or 704-660-1353 evening or weekend or Email admin@ebuilderdirect.com for quote and availability.

Shipping Rate

Shipping rates are base on the weight of the order.
For Average order ($200), shipping will cost about 10% of the total.
To calculate the shipping cost, add items in the shopping cart, then use the shipping calculator at the bottom of the page.

Sales Tax

Only North Carolina residents pay 7% tax, all other States are exempt from tax.

Returns

Please don't ship UPS, they are not delivery to our address. Ship Fedex or Post Office
Please inspect your order when received for damage and accuracy. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges if The items will shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery, no restocking fee. If more than 30 days and less than 60 days, there is 10% restocking fee charged. If more than 60 days, the restocking fee will be 20%. In order to expedite your return please complete the following steps:

You must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) by submitting your E-mail request to admin@ebuilderdirect.com, or calling 1-704-489-2990. All returns for defective merchandise or incorrectly shipped items will be returned at our expense.
All products must be returned in re-salable condition in original packaging with all parts and manuals to receive credit. When we receive the merchandise you will be issued a credit or your replacement product(s) will be shipped.
Shipping fees aren’t refundable unless we shipped the incorrect items. When signing for your package, be sure to note any outside package damage to the driver. If there is package damage, open the package in front of the driver to inspect the contents before signing. Insurance will not cover packages damaged during shipment unless you inspect before signing.

Exchanges

Please don't ship UPS, they are not delivery to our address. Ship Fedex or Post Office

Please Email To US or call us at 1-704-489-2990 and let us know why you want to exchange an item. Sometimes, an item may not need to be shipped back to get it to work right.
Buyer will pay for the shipping cost for exchanges if the item is not defective.
We can provide a shipping quote when we respond to the email or phone call.

Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments

DAMAGED shipments and/or packages that appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
Please inspect all items within 7 days of delivery. Fedex will only cover claims within 21 days.

Body:We purchased one doorknob fixture first to see the quality because the price seemed to go to be true. When the doorknob arrived it was very good quality, had a 10 year warranty and was easy to install. We ended up ordering door knobs, hinges and other necessary hardware for our entire house. They had a phone number you could call with questions and an actual person to speak with when you called. On our second order one of te doorknobs we ordered was out of stock, customer service contacted us promptly and upgraded us to a higher quality knob free of charge. The order was quite large and everything came as ordered.

I would highly recommend this site to anyone doing a remodel or updates to their home. You will be very please with the overall product and your experience along the way. I only wish they had more selection on fixtures like sinks and lighting.

Body: Bellus Construction Wow , It is VERY difficult to locate a merchant that can offer it's customers such a GREAT DEAL . I will tell you that Bellus Construction was very skeptical of making a purchase using the internet , because of the possibility that Bellus Construction's credit card number might be stolen by a computer hacker . Ebuilder Direct gave me the feeling that i did not need to worry about credit card theft . Ebuilder Direct delivered the items i ordered within 2 days . A couple of people whom i spoke with said don't expect to get the order for 10 days . I recomend using Ebuilder Direct .
